We are proud to announce that we will only be using natural organic eggs from Niels Ebbe Hansens farm (Ordrup grade 9). They not only sell fresh eggs but also a variety of organic vegetables and flowers. So if you have some spare time, you can visit their farm and see for yourself!
So, why organic eggs? Is it worth the price?
YES! Not only has science proven that organic eggs are healthier and free of chemicals and genetically modified materials, but they are also tastier and they enhance the flavor and nutrient value of cakes.
In addition, laying flocks are being taken care of under more humane and improved welfare conditions. We also love supporting local entrepreneurs – just like us! We will grow together.
